TD42 High Mount Split-Pulse Exhaust Manifold – SiMo Ductile Iron
Fits all GQ/GU TD42/TB42/TB45 engines (Silvertop or Blacktop). This high mount configuration positions the T3 flange dead centre of the manifold, opening up room for larger dump pipe variations and removing the need to route the dump pipe down at a sharp angle to clear the firewall and heater hoses.
The split pulse design delivers more drive energy to the turbine than a conventional merge-type manifold. Thicker walls and greater thermal mass hold heat in the exhaust gas longer on its way to the turbine, meaning more energy reaches the turbine for the same amount of fuel. That translates to better efficiency, a faster-spooling turbo, and more power and torque across your setup.
