TrackReady Automotive Group Pty Ltd t/a TrackReady Automotive is not liable for:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Improper use

  • Damage caused by incompatible or incorrectly fitted parts

Professional installation is recommended for many 4x4 parts and accessories.

9. Warranties

  • Some products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty

  • Warranty claims may need to be processed directly with the manufacturer or supplier

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
