EGR Delete Kit – Toyota LandCruiser 79/100 Series (HDJ78/HDJ79) 1HD-FTE
The EGR valve on the 1HD-FTE is prone to particulate buildup, which restricts airflow and can cause the valve to stick partially open, leading to excessive smoke, poor fuel economy, and a noticeable loss of performance.
The TILLIX EGR Valve Delete Kit removes the valve from the intake stream entirely, eliminating the problem for good. A blanking plate is also included for the top/rear EGR pipe on the exhaust manifold, if you want to remove the system altogether.
The intake block comes pre drilled and tapped with 1/8" and 1/4" BSP blind holes, usable as a boost gauge reference point or for a water/methanol injection system, and can be fitted facing forward or rearward depending on your setup. Genuine Toyota gaskets and blanking bungs are included for any ports you don't plan to use.
